How to Drop-off / Pick-up?
When dropping off your parcel:
After a successful order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Notice containing an electronic consignment note (e-CN).
At the XendBox outlet: Present the e-CN number to the staff. Make sure your parcel is in an ideal condition for delivery.
Handover your parcel to the staff and they will manage the rest.
When collecting your parcel:
You will receive an SMS from us once your parcel is ready for collection.
At the XendBox outlet: Provide your name and e-CN number to the staff.
Check the parcel information to ensure you are receiving the correct parcel.
